Brief
We’ll discuss the details and approach of the project to get a brief together.
Pre-production
We’ll head to the venue before the event to liaise with the AV team and map out the necessary equipment. Our game plan will also include shooting time, editing days, and a logistics schedule.
Production
Our team will arrive with all the equipment needed including cameras, lights, and audio recording equipment to capture the content according to the brief.
Post-production
We’ll get straight to work on the editing and retouching of your footage. Our in-house team will add music, graphics, and animation to create your video outputs according to the agreed brief.
Revisions
We use Frame.io, a collaborative editing platform, so you can easily comment at specific timestamps, allowing us to deliver to your exact wishes.

Do you provide event filming anywhere other than New York
We currently serve New York and surrounding areas, but get in touch with us to discuss your event filming requirements – we’ll do our best to help!
Can you mix multiple cameras into one video output?
Yes, depending on the brief, we will have allocated camera operators (including aerial camera operators if requested), to capture different content for example B-roll, interviews, etc. which we will then edit together to create your final output.
Do you provide the licensing for music?
If your event film requires licensed music, we will ensure all relevant licenses are in place.
Can you supply AV equipment and lighting for event filming?
Yes, we have specialist event filming and event videography AV equipment and support. If you need extra AV above what is included in our packages, they can be added as needed. We will discuss your requirements when we speak through your video brief and your itemised quote will explain exactly what is included in your event filming package.
