For this project, our team were in Orlando, USA, to support the Verisk Insurance Conference — a multi-day event that brings together global insurance leaders and innovators. We’ve had the pleasure of working with Verisk on a range of content over the years, and it was great to once again collaborate on a project of this scale. The conference featured a packed agenda of panel discussions, keynote talks, and thought leadership sessions delivered by industry experts from across the sector.
Our videographers were on hand to capture every moment from the event, including b-roll footage and interview clips with attendees, whilst the photographer captured a range of still images for promotional and internal use.
From the initial discovery calls to the post-production, our team worked closley with the client to understand the brief and deliver the desired outcome. Our services included:
We worked with the client to plan the required shot lists, schedule key interview slots, scout the best locations for filming on-site, and align on visual goals for the highlight reel.
We captured engaging b-roll footage and conducting vox pop interviews with attendees and speakers across all three days.
Our photographer delivered a suit of high-quality images suitable for post-event marketing, social media content and internal use.
Post-event, our editors offloaded the footage and created a 90-second highlight reel designed to reflect the atmosphere and content across three-day event. The attendee interviews were also edited and became impactful testimonials for use across Verisk’s platforms and internal communications.
The final highlight video delivers an engaging overview of the event, mixing a variety of b-roll from the panel discussions and community atmosphere. Both the highlights video and the photography can be used across marketing channels, as a future promotional tool and for internal stakeholder communications.
