Event Filming and Photography for Verisk
Discover how our New York Filmed team supported the Verisk Insurance Conference in Orlando with event filming and photography coverage.
Hosted by the Financial Times, Climate Week NYC brings together global leaders, policymakers, innovators, and businesses to discuss actionable solutions to the climate crisis. Taking place in New York City during one of the most significant sustainability gatherings of the year, the event featured a full schedule of keynote discussions, panel sessions, and fireside chats exploring climate finance, green innovation, and corporate responsibility.
We partnered with FT Live to provide full video production and streaming support, ensuring every session reached audiences across multiple digital platforms in real time and for post-event catch up.

Every session was captured and streamed live to multiple platforms, with a dedicated team of camera operators and live stream engineers managing multi-camera feeds and real-time mixing. We provided digital assets including animated lower thirds to ensure each speakers name and company were visible to both audiences while they were presenting.
We supported the in-room sound and visual set up by providing two screens either side of the backdrop for in-room audience viewing of digital assets and video footage. We also supplied microphones for the speakers, which we also fed through to our online audience, ensuring they had the same level of sound quality.
Between filming sessions for the streams, our videographers captured B-roll clips and conducted on-site interviews with speakers and delegates, for the post-production team to put together into highlight reels. Including vox pop interviews gave the highlights an insightful edge, allowing authentic testimonials to guide the story and structure of the event through the videos. This enabled the audiences to view quick snapshots of the content from each session.
Our post-production team edited the footage and stitched the best clips together to produce the recaps for FT Live’s post-event marketing. Each video was enhanced with branded digital assets, lower thirds, and motion graphics to create cohesive, polished outputs ready for distribution across digital and social channels.
This collaborative effort involved a multi-skilled crew of videographers, AV technicians, project managers, and live stream engineers — all working closely with FT Live’s production team to deliver a seamless hybrid experience for global audiences.

Each session was accompanied by a highlight video showcasing key moments, audience reactions, and insights from industry leaders. These short-form videos are designed for social media, website content, and future event promotion — providing FT Live with ongoing value and visibility long after the event concluded. Our partnership with FT Live ensured that the conversations shaping the future of sustainability reached thousands of viewers worldwide — both in-room and online. The content produced continues to support FT Live’s mission of delivering impactful journalism and thought leadership around global climate action.
US Filmed were amazing to work with, The entire team were incredibly impressed with their work, especially how gracefully they handled last-minute changes, managed the two demands of the different rooms, added a delay screen very last minute and did everything efficiently. Would highly recommend
